Explore the healing power of positive imagery in a six hour, experiential art therapy workshop. Discover the beneﬁts of the multi-media art process as a powerful tool to increase self-awareness; manage stress and anxiety; promote mindfulness, empowerment and healing. During the workshop you will create practical and inexpensive art objects.
